Yes, absolutely. We manage the entire process from initial architectural drafting through to Development Applications (DA) and Building Approvals (BA). You won't have to worry about the red tape; we handle it all with the Gold Coast and Brisbane councils.
Will I be dealing with the builder directly?

Yes. That is our core promise. Alby, our licensed builder, is on-site daily and is your primary point of contact. We don't believe in handing your project off to a supervisor who hasn't been part of the planning.
How do you handle budget and price changes?

What is your typical build time for a custom home?
